From the start of the process I was impressed. I got my appointment within a few days and for a time to suit me. I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I was happy with the waiting time and the attention I was given whilst in the hospital. ENT is a very smooth running department in my opinion. Very pleasant consultant who took time to exlpore and explain things to me thoroughly. A very positive experience for me.
