I came to A&E last March 2013 because I have unbearable pain in my whole face including jaw and neck. Very sore and tender. I came @ 2200 hrs and was called 12MN by staff nurse just check my observations. Then asked me to go back in my seat. I was told that they're supposed to take my bloods and do ECG. But because they were so busy, they won't be able to do that. Then after another 2 hrs waiting at about 2AM, I was finally called to be seen by the SHO. I was only given Paracetamol 1g and Codeine Phosphate tab. 30mg. I asked the Doctor if he can order an Xray or Ultrasound or CT scan so that we will know what the cause of so much pain I've experience on and off. I was quite worried because it was the first time I've experienced it. But the SHO said that he won't order any of that kind of that procedure for me. I went home very unhappy and remains in a lot of pain. And realized the following day that I even lost my spectacles in A&E but no suck luck to get it back.
