About: Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Crisis resolution

(as the patient),

I have been really struggling as due to severe stress my mental illnesses have become much worse and I find myself falling into suicidal despair.

I try to manage frightening suicidal thoughts and urges myself but do at times need exra support.

I would like to say a huge thankyou to staff at crisis who have been extremely kind & caring to me when I have felt unable to cope.

I am sorry to hear you are finding things difficult at the moment and I also note that you’re currently experiencing some issues with your community team.

Naturally, you can continue to access the Crisis Team in addition to this support.

Dear Ms Lawson,

Thankyou for your response.

You have many very caring staff at The Crisis Team as I have found out at this very difficult and stressful time in my life. I am truly appreciative of their support and compassion.

Last week I was going through hell due to awful stress in my life and repeatedly having suicidal urges. I spoke to three members of your team who were absolute angels. I can recall two names Alan and Chris so please pass on my thanks to them.
