Have a situation re 2 failed Lasec treatments to the same eye during 2011/2012 at Moorefields - told time required for healing - now have been informed by National Health COT that my eye has a Stromal Haze - requested an appointment with Moorefields surgeon to discuss further, but he requires a new consultation fee - rung Moorefields several times 02075662054 to obtain advice but no one has phoned back.
Considering the boast of their superior on-going unrivalled service (a relative has life time aftercare from a high street chain) I find myself extremely disturbed and concerned by this lack of ongoing interest
This is not the care I expected from one of the worlds leading specialists
