"I would highly recommend the service"

About: Harmoni / NHS 111

(as a service user),

At 11am I phoned the 111 service as my condition was not getting better. I had been to see my GP the previous week, my GP misdiagnosed me with a suggestion that I was asthmatic (I am not) and prescribing me with antibiotics which were not strong enough to help me.

I was made an appointment to see the Harmoni GP in the afternoon. This doctor knew exactly what was wrong with me and prescribed the right strength of antibiotics, I felt better with two days after seeing Harmoni doctor whereas I really suffered for a week after seeing my own GP.

I would highly recommend the service

I am glad that Harmoni were able to support a definite diagnosis for you and were able to treat you appropriately!

I hope you are feeling much better and thank you for your compliments about both the NHS111 service and that of the Out of Hours service provided by Harmoni.
