"Much more convenient than struggling with the driving on my own"

About: Frenchay Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

I normally drive myself to the Frenchay hospital for appointments with the neurological service; however, I’m finding this harder to do with parking and getting to and from the car park. When I mentioned this to my GP they arranged for an ambulance to pick me up and bring me back after my appointment.

The ambulance crew, Sarah and Sean, were great, helping me get on and off – it was much more convenient than struggling with the driving on my own.
