"It has been the best thing since sliced bread"

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been under the continence prescription service in Rotherham since it first opened, and I have to say to me it has been the best thing since sliced bread, as before I used to get my catheters through my GP and local chemist, but half the time I did not know when I was going to get my catheters because half the time they could not get my full supply for one reason or another.

I used to get two one week and the rest the following week, but once the prescription service began I have never looked back.

May I just mention the two girls I normally deal with who I personally thing should get some recognition, especially when I phone my repeat prescription in, who are Laura and Michelle. They are both courteous, friendly, and cannot do enough for you. It's great to know their is a friendly voice on the other end.
