"The lady who called me was very pleasant and gave excellent advice."

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was referred by my GP to the Physio Department for problems with my shoulders. Until TRAQS contacted me regarding my appointment, I didn't know this service existed, my GP hadn't explained the procedure to me.

I found the TRAQS an excellent service, clear and easy to understand, and efficient.

The lady who called me was very pleasant and gave excellent advice.

Thank you for your feedback.

Please accept my apologies that you were not informed by your GP that your referral would be sent to and managed by TRAQS. There is a TRAQS patients leaflet which is available to be handed by all GP Practices/GPs. Each patient who is referred by their GP should be given one of these leaflets which explains the service, the steps in the process and contains contact telephone numbers within TRAQS should you wish to discuss your appointment. If you would like to contact TRAQS directly on 01952 580441, we can arrange for a TRAQS leaflet to be sent to you.

It is pleasing to note that the service you did receive from TRAQS was of a high standard and that you received good clear advice.
