What I liked

That they have cleaned up the services a little, the hospital now appears cleaner but the receptionists downstairs are still quite rude and still allow people to push in the queue.

What could be improved

The queue system for the reception needs to be addressed! It's easy to stand and wait in one of two queue's and then somebody comes along and jumps both queues, and that is allowed.

Long waits for appointments.

I had to cancel a day surgery appointment and was told I'd get another in 'a couple of weeks'.

It's been 5 wks and I've not heard anything.

This is something I needed done a few years ago too, but was forced to wait ages.

Not pleased. I'm going to ask my GP if I can go to another hospital if I don't hear by the end of this week.
