What I liked

Mann unit admin staff were extremely helpful and polite. They also took time out to redirect me to the appropriate clinic as we were lost. Due to them we got there on time.

What could be improved

We're glad that staff were helpful but sorry that our directions weren't. We have installed a new signage system which we think is better than the old one but we are keeping it under review and realise there is still room for improvement. Thank you for letting us know of your concern.
