I was in A&E last night (19th June) with a knee injury. The doctors and nurse who I dealt with were professional but friendly. They did not make me feel like a burden, and respected the pain I was in. The doctor who I initially saw stayed over her shift (0:00 hours) to wait and see what my X-ray came out with, which I really appreciated as she did not have to do that. The diagnosis was clearly explained as was my recovery. All in all the staff I came into contact with were very nice, and I really would like to thank them
