About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Referred by G. P to Robert Jones Agnes Hunt. TRAQS confirmed I had an appointment for early July.

I rang to change time and found I had been booked for a knee clinic assessment. However, my problem was with my back and not my knee.

Not reassuring.

Subsequently referred to correct clinic, but 32 weeks waiting. I went back to G. P for a new referral.
