"I haven't drank as much and feel a lot better."

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as the patient),

I was very happy with my treatment, I was feeling quite depressed and down in myself. I also wasn't coping very good with matters, I was worrying all the time.

So, as a result, I started drinking quite a bit, and not doing any other activities involving friends.

I was made to realise that I only take on others people's stress that I allow myself to, and even if I worry it's not going to solve anything. Also, once I started drinking, it made me have anxiety attacks, and not going out with people as I sat drinking with no interest in anything else.

So I realised after having talks that was making my situation worse. I haven't drank as much and feel a lot better.
