The greeting was very welcoming - a smile and the use of my name. As I had been treated by Jo B (who is a physio in PRH) who was going to work with me again I felt very comfortable.
A student male nurse was working with Jo, his name was Mark. I was most impressed by the support Jo gave him and how knowledgeable she was. His suggestion about the treatment and exercises to help me, were explained and the best way to do them and the benefit each would help with my recovery.
When Mark moved on, Jo B continued my support. I have always felt safe and confident in Jo's company. She is professional in all that she offers you. I am sure that the support and training offered Mark will stay with him and I'm sure he gained a great deal from her.
