"I waited two hours to be told they were not set up for procedure"

About: Southern General Hospital / Urology The Royal Victoria Infirmary / General medicine

(as the patient),

I had been to Southern General Urology Unit where I had an x-ray. I have a permanent catheter, I was told that they would be in touch.

They then sent me an appointment for day care centre in mid June at Victoria Infirmary.

I waited two hours only to be told I have two stones in my bladder and they were not set up for that procedure.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your feedback.

I was sorry to read that you had these difficulties.

I will ensure that this is passed on to those involved at the Southern General Hospital.

Once again please thank you for using the Patient Opinion feedback system, it is greatly appreciated.
