What I liked
My wife was required by the R.N.O.H Stanmore to attend your A&E Dept. today 16th. August '07. I would like to thank the doctor who attended to her for their kindness and professionalism in dealing with her condition and giving appropriate treatment. THe doctor is a credit to the NHS, The North Middlesex Hospital, and in particular to the A&E Dept.
What could be improved
When I enquired at the A&E Dept. if they had a 'Compliment of Treatment' form I was told that they have only 'complaints' forms.
The doctors and nurses work so hard in treating patients as quickly and, within their diagnosis, as quickly as possible. It would be a vast improvement if there was an internal system to compliment them, as opposed to complaining about the staff, they don't deserve that.
