Having been brought in by ambulance for a head injury following a cycle accident I could not have been dealt with by more caring and considerate people. The whole process of being assessed, scanned and fixed up was executed quickly, efficiently, sensitively and with the utmost respect for my injuries and my dignity. I cannot thank the staff enough; from the paramedics who brought me in, to the Nurses and Doctors who dealt with me in A&E, to the Max Fax staff who mended me. They were all amazing.
