What could be improved

I am pregnant and it is my first pregnancy I have been made to feel as if I have committed a crime for beign pregnant.

I waited 6 hours for a routine blood test and met my mid wife at week 27 of my pregnancy

during my scan the person doing the scan was more interested in the fact that everyone was going off on a coffee break as oppossed to answering any questions that I had put forward.

this is only me being brief! I have felt extremely let down and stressed by the attitude and lack of humanity by your staff.
