"Blood test taking over two years still no respond."

Last two years ago I went to Chelsea Westminster Hospital for blood test, after they lost my first blood sample. Still no reply no result from them..... I contacted the hospital by phone more than 10 times only one time answer which I been told the staff off today I can't tell you anything, I left voice mail massages as well no reply at all. I wander NHS swear about this?? My name is Karwan and I am a resident in borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
