(as a parent/guardian),

My 15 year old son dislocated his kneecap during a PE lesson at Tewkesbury Comprehensive School in June.

The male paramedic was absolutely amazing. I cannot fault the two female paramedics but the man attending my son's emergency had that 'x factor'.
