Thank you for your feedback, although it is not clear whether you are actually commenting on the service provided by TRAQS. If this is the case I can advise you that TRAQS aims to contact patients within 5 working days from receipt of the referral from your GP. If, in your case we failed to achieve this target then I would offer my sincere apologises.

If, however, your comment relates to a delay by the hospital in offering you an appointment I should explain that this is not within TRAQS control.

Due to patient confidentiality we do not receive any information which permits us to identify patients by their feedback. However, if you would like to discuss the matter further please do not hesitate to contact TRAQS on 01952 580441 and we will be pleased to clarify any points you have.
