(as the patient),

As a member of the NHS I was extremely worried to be seen by people who know me.

My fears couldn't have been handled better. My confidentiality was totally maintained at all times - leading to a reduction in my depression and anxiety.

My therapist was excellent, friendly, and had a brilliant relaxed style that helped me enormously.

I learnt a lot and thank you so much for your help.
