"Really put you at ease"

About: The last 14 days

(as a service user),

I have had no cause to have the need of your service before, but now that I have had fourteen days treatment, going in with perhaps a new driver the lovely girls, and men, they were helpful, and chatty they really put you all at ease.

I personally am very grateful for them all, and my fellow passengers all agree, our love to you all.
