What I liked
I had an outpatients appointment at the department of maxillofacial surgery. I was early but was seen immediately. The consultant had my records to hand and knew exactly why I was there. He was kind, reassuring and professional. I was surprised. It was a long time since I had been to an NHS hospital and I had heard so many stories about long waits and over-worked staff.
