Anything else?
I am in a clinical trial at Moorfields and have received an excellent service each time I have attended. I am treated courteously, seen on time and given all the information I need. I don't feel rushed and am kept well informed. I am particularly impressed by the hand hygiene and standards of cleanliness. The equipment is wiped carefully each time it is used.
