Staff and treatment in Maedical Assessment unit and ward 8 in particular exceptional. Patience love and care shown in difficult circumstances was with compassion and empathy for patients needs dispite constant pressures and obvious staff shortages at some times. Manner and cheerfulness of staff belied the pressures thay were under. I include all staaff from matrons, sisters, consultants, doctors, nurses, tea ladies, health assistants, cleaners etc etc. It was a privilege to be able to lie back and observe how they managed.

Thank you very much for your positive comments regarding the Medical Assessment Unit and Ward 8 at the hospital. It is always very much appreciated by staff when patients and their families take the time to give feedback on their experience and your comments will be shared with all staff involved.
