After the recent exposure of severe problems in A&E Departments around the country, that featured in the national media, I was expecting to hang around for several hours when I took my young grandson to have his foot X-rayed. We were done within an hour-and-half : reception/examination/X-ray/consultation. The service was friendly and helpful. Truly surpassed my expectations. Hence the top ratings above, without any exaggeration, despite the difficult times in the NHS. Our thanks to all the medical team and others.
