What could be improved
If a registrar is out of their depth they MUST defer to a consultant.
All doctors must be able to speak competent English.
There should be clarity about what is going on, rather than some arrogant doctor reads a few pages, scribles a few notes then tells a patient to get out.
I've seen two doctors at Ealing Hospital, and I intend never to go back.
