I attended the fracture clinic at Torbay hospital today. I would like to say how impressed I was with the smoothness and precision of the attention I received at reception, X-ray and physiotherapy. For example the staff at reception were handling a busy shift (118 patients scheduled) with both efficiency and excellent customer service. My visit today reinforced my positive views of the hospital that I gained as a result of the emergency treatment I received over the early May bank holiday. Thank you
