The care I received at North Downs Hospital was excellent. The consultant I saw was very caring and helpful at the intial consultation stages, and again very caring during my procedure. All the other staff - from theatre staff, nurses and reception staff were also friendly and helpful. As I had been on a 'no food/fluids' diet for several hours before my procedure - it was very much appreciated by me to be given tea and biscuits once the prcedure was over.

I am also pleased that our staff made your stay as comfortable as possible. It is important to us that we treat everyone as an individual, with dignity and respect, to make what can be a worrying time as easy as possible and it is always good to hear when we have achieved this.
