"When I visited Ealing Hospital ..."

About: Ealing Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

When I visited Ealing Hospital recently, members of staff walked past the anti-bacterial hand wash that was located near every door. How does Ealing Hospital want to reduce MRSA etc if they cannot reinforse all staff to clean their hands, which in turn demonstrate to the on lookers.

You have to show to the public, if they see staff are NOT cleaning their hands when they should, the public won't do so either.

Simple!

What could be improved

Re-train staff so that every time they leave each area of the hospital, they use the ani-bacterial handwash.

It may take time to do so each time, however, it will save LIVES, you know, the reason why we have hospitals?!
