About: Ealing Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

What could be improved

I had accompanied my Husband as he HAD an appointment to see the doctor in Cardiology Clinic. While waiting he was called for Weight checking, so I went to sit outside on chair as myself is a heart patient and suffer with back pains.A staff male started to shout "don't sit here" I was so shocked. Then again he my husband was asked by staff to wait to outside near the RECEPTION COUNTER be seen so we found vacant chairs and about to sit.He started to shout again "don't sit here""don't sit here".I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED AS BEEN IN THIS COUNTRY SINCE 1975. I TOLD HIM "WE ARE NOT DOGS RESPECT". Then we were called in to see the doctor.
