What could be improved
Staff morale seemed very low.Reception staff very rude.Services very limited considering this is a brand new hospital, no Urologists on site for example.Not all childrens beds had a parents bed so that they could sleep with their children who were very poorly.Doctors were very unhelpful & not very friendly especially to my young son.Food wasnt very good.Cleanliness was not very good for a new hospital. Everything !!!
