What could be improved
My 88 year old mother was admitted to your hospital after a serious fall. We were very pleased with her treatment and the aftercare she received.
Unfortunately she had a second fall two weeks ago and this resulted in a broken hip, Whilst we are pleased with the treatment she has received we were most disappointed to be asked by members of staff to bring in towels for her as they were having to use pillowslips to dry patients with.
On arriving at the hospital it is most impressive and very much state of the art so the above issue seems quite pathetic.
