What I liked
The consideration, respect and profesional approach shown to patients, friends and relatives....at all times.
My mother was in Bluebell B ward during the month of December 2007.
What could be improved
It's hard to say. From our own family experience...we found Queens and it's staff wonderful.
Thank you for all your help and we wish the staff and management at the Queens hospital Romford....all our best wishes for 2008.
