(as the patient),

I recently had an outpatients appointment at Horsham Hospital. It was clean and well organised. Reception staff were friendly, courteous and genuine. I was seen on time. My consultant was interested and very friendly. I felt at ease to enquire and he explained and answered any & all of my queries without my feeling I was taking up his valuable time. Extremely thorough. I left reassured. I highly recommend Horsham Hospital. It was my cat! Yes, caused random lymph node swelling. No kitty treats for him! : -/

Thank you for telling us that you had a good experience of NHS care.

There are a range of different services run by different NHS trusts with different arrangements at Horsham Hospital but we all strive to do our best.
