What could be improved

my 92 year old motherinlaw spent 18 hours on a trolley before being found a bed, even though she had been sent to hospital by her GP. After two weeks on Bluebell ward, she has still not been offered a proper bath, and has had her hair washed for the first time today, but only after asking staff several times. The patients personal hygiene appears to be of no importance to staff on Bluebell ward.
