As a company, and as individuals in a team, we have always taken a strongly valued-led approach to ensuring that patients and carers have a voice in the health and social care system.
Our mission is to make it safe and easy for people to give honest feedback to those who care for them. And equally, to enable care providers to respond, and to show how they are learning and improving in response to feedback from their users. Our work is person-centred, yet linked to a wider social purpose of helping to change the culture of health and social care.
