Patients and carers are increasingly asked to give feedback about recent healthcare experiences, online and often in public, through web sites such as Care Opinion, NHS Choices, or I Want Great Care.
What does such feedback tell us about what matters to patients? How do patients, staff and carers feel about online feedback, and what impacts does it - or could it - have? Are health services willing and able to respond to continuous feedback?
This academic half-day conference offers researchers and policymakers an opportunity to discuss existing research findings and implications, and shape the future research agenda in this rapidly developing area of practice.
