How do I get started and what do I do next?

So you have all the information you need and you're ready to move forward with Patient Opinion - great!

The fastest and easiest way to get started is to give us a call. We will set up your subscription and add the administrator. This person will then receive an automated e-mail containing their username and password and can start to explore the subscriber pages without delay. They can also then begin to add more members.

What is an administrator?
Every subscription has an Administrator. This person can assign the right to respond to other members and also add new ones. See here for guidance on who this should be.

Managing your e-mail alerts
It may be that you want to be notified when anyone posts feedback about your trust as a whole but it is more likely that you would like to be e-mailed only when someone shares a story that relates to the services within your responsibilities. No problem - you can tailor your e-mail alerts very simply and quickly. See here for help.
