Patient Opinion Exemplar: NHS Sheffield CCG

Patient Opinion exemplars are organisations which we have recognised as achieving real, worthwhile impact from public, online real-time feedback through Patient Opinion.

NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group is the first CCG to become a Patient Opinion exemplar. Through using Patient Opinion the CCG has developed a new way to connect with local people, hear their experiences, and ensure this influences the shaping of healthcare for the future.

In this short video CCG staff explain how patient stories and feedback are helping them design services based around the needs of patients, as well as making sure they are always hearing how people are experiencing current services across the city.
