Using PO in Commissioning

We are delighted to announce our next PO Pioneer WebEx will be guest hosted by Sam Holden at South Devon and Torbay CCG.

Sam, the Patient Experience Lead at the CCG, will be sharing how to maximise the impact of Patient Opinion from a commissioner’s perspective.

Sam told us they use Patient Opinion to help get an overarching picture of what people say about the services they commission.

You should come along to this session to learn more about:

• How the CCG uses the Patient Opinion reporting features
• What South Devon and Torbay CCG are doing to increase provider involvement
• Their engagement with patients and service users

Plus ask your opportunity to ask Sam any burning questions about how the CCG works with Patient Opinion.
