Care Opinion pilot in Scotland

We are pleased to announce, along with our partners, The Alliance for Health and Social Care (The Alliance), a joint pilot of Care Opinion in Scotland.   Care Opinion, is our sister website where people can share their experiences of social care services to help improve those services.

Care Opinion will be piloted in two areas as part of the joint initiative.  In these pilot areas, local people will be able to seamlessly give feedback about their health and social care experiences.  With the upcoming integration of Health and Social Care, and care being increasingly moved from institutional to community-based settings, this is a timely opportunity to enable services to hear views from people across health and social care.

A successful pilot will enable the website to be available across Scotland in future, allowing people who use care services to share experiences and influence the future of health and social care services.

We are very excited about embarking on this next stage of our Scottish journey and delighted to be working alongside the Alliance.
