What could be improved

During my in patient stay in the Maternity department, I had to report cockroaches in the communal eating area, one woman in labour was sick in the bathroom across the floor and walls, this was at 8pm, it was not cleaned until 9am the next morning even after I complained numerous times. Better cleaning is needed.

I eventually went on to have a stillborn baby, during labour the midwife told me about a mother who had stolen a baby as her was stillborn.

At the last scan six days before my daughter died they over measured her abdomen.

There was no continuety of care even though I was high risk as my waters broke eight weeks before.
