"Toilets too low at Royal Albert Edward Infirmary"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

(as the patient),

Staff were first class! I am disabled and have to use two sticks because of hip replacement. Big, big problem - the height of the toilets - even the disabled toilets I found to be very low, some lower than a normal toilet at home. The only good high toilet was in the coffee shop near the WVRS shop. Please get them lifted.

Thank you so much for your positive comments about the staff at Royal Albert Edward Infirmary. With regard to the issue of some of the disabled toilets being too low, I have passed your comments to Estates and Facilities for their attention in this matter.

Thanks for your feedback on this as it is only with this kind of feedback that we are able to look at the facilities at our hospital sites.
