"Yet another parking grumble"

Annual check up at James Cook SIU. Always feels like a bit of a waste of time and every time parking is a nightmare. Especially given that most of their customers are arriving in wheelchairs more accessible spaces are needed, as usual had to park miles away and get wet. I know this is a universal problem but its time someone realised that we dont like public transport, and 1 person usually equals one parking space
