"Thank you to the Ropewalk Audiology, Nottingham"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Audiological medicine

(as the patient),

I have been a patient at the Ropewalk Audiology since I was 3. Now at 21, I have visited yourselves countless times. I know I used to be embarrassed of wearing a hearing aid and would like to do anything to spend the least amount of time dealing with it.

I just want to say a massive thank you for all your help over the years. I had a hearing check up 2 months ago and the service I received was fantastic. The waiting times are almost non existent. Your receptionists are helpful. I also visited yourselves the other day and was once again blown away by the fantastic care and service I received. I just want to let you know that whatever you're doing, keep it up! It is being appreciated and taken to heart!

Good stuff. I’ve shared your comments with our audiology team at Ropewalk House, who ask me to pass on their ‘thanks.’

Given the care you have received, you might be interested to know that our annual NUHonours staff awards are open to nominations. If you wish to nominate someone from your care you can do so via our website: http://www.nuh.nhs.uk/nuhonours/ Audiology is part of the Surgery Division.

Thanks again,

Keith Knox.

Matron, Head and Neck.
