Visited MRI Endoscopy Unit 2nd floor on 17th January 2017. Easy to find due to previously sent map. Pleasant courteous receptionist. filled in form & waited. Seen very promptly (within 10 minutes of appointment time). Taken through to Bowel Cancer Screening section. All procedures explained very professionally. Taken through to Endoscopy room. Procedure explained very professionally by nurses & Endoscopist. Procedure carried out with great care & attention. Taken back to reception. Results & advice given very professionally.

Many thanks to receptionist, nurses and the consultant.

It is always good to receive feedback which highlights the hard work of our staff as we aim to provide all of our patients with a high standard of care. We will ensure that your feedback is passed on to the Lead Nurse of the Bowel Screening Program, the Manager of the Endoscopy Unit and the Lead Consultant of Gastroenterology so that it can be shared with all of the teams who were involved in your care.
