"My elderly Mother's care this week"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Words cannot fully express me and my family's gratitude and thanks for the excellent care given to my 94yr old Mother this week. She was treated with so much dedication and dignity in A&E and on Kimberley Ward. I know that funding is in such a desperate state, but our NHS is the best in the world and deserves such praise.

Please government listen to us all and work to fund it properly.........

Dear Family Member

Thank you for your kind words about the care and treatment your mother received recently at the hospital. I am pleased to read that staff were dedicated and treated her with care and dignity. We will share this with all staff involved and thank you for taking the time to write.
