We arrived first over an hour early as we had been sent from the jigsaw clinic. We where told we are top of the list and would be helped first. We waited for well over two hours and where not helped first instead two ladies where helped before ur. The reception were unhelpful and just told us to wait. Really wish there where alternatives.
